Pre-Searing Armor Upgrades
I have sent nearly 18 hours leveling, dye collecting, accumulating wealth, and looking for the DAMN NECRO TUNIC UPGRADE - Anyone know where the heck that collector is??????
And don't tell me it's on the otherside of the GreatNorthern Wall because that zone is so imbalance-how the heck are we supposed to beat Mobs of 5 or more Charrs at lvl 7 & 8 when we can't make a party larger then two!!??

Spending too much time getting AL 7 instead of AL 5 can make you feel silly when you enter the academy and then can buy AL 30 armor...

It kind of sucks that it slaps you in the face like that. You spend extra time getting the gear and then as soon as you get to Post Searing you'll have two choices for armor upgrades more than twice as good as your best gear.

Yep. Only get the extra armor if you think it is fun to do. It is a good general rule in Guild War, only do stuff because you think it is fun to do, not for the rewards you get. The game is designed that way.
The only exception is PvP-only players who have to suffer PvE in order to unlock skills and item upgrades.

I'm pretty sure there is no chest armour upgrade for necromancers or elementalists in pre-searing. I'm an Elementalist and I got the boots, pants and gloves, but no shirt.
